1। Introduction and Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between any user ("player", "you") of the 95glaxy platform (95glaxy.im) and the 95glaxy service provider ("Company", "we").

2। Account Registration and Eligibility

The 95glaxy platform is open only to players aged 21 and above. By registering on this platform, you legally confirm that you are 21 or older. If it is found that a user accessed the platform without meeting the age requirement, the company will close the account immediately and retains the right to decide on any remaining balance.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may open only one account using their accurate personal details. Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, payment method, or device is a violation of this policy.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, phone number, and payment details provided when opening an account must be accurate. The company reserves the right to hold and review any withdrawals made from accounts registered with incorrect information.

  • Lending or selling a player's account to another person is strictly prohibited

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposits

Players can deposit in Myanmar Kyat via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits are normally completed almost instantly, though minor delays may occur due to technical reasons.

3.2 Withdrawals

A minimum balance of 30,000 Ks is required to request a withdrawal. After payment records are verified, withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

  • The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit

  • If exploitation of unauthorized techniques or platform vulnerabilities is found, the company reserves the right to reject the withdrawal

4. Bonus & Promotion Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 95glaxy, you can claim a 100% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

  • The welcome bonus is available once per account, per person, per payment method, and per IP address
  • Only wagers placed during the active bonus period will count toward the wagering requirement
  • The wagering contribution percentage may vary by game when playing with a bonus — check with us before you play
  • If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited
  • The company reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus promotions without prior notice

4.3 VIP Loyalty Program

Players can progress through VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — based on their wagering volume and game type. Bronze: cashback of up to 0.3% per week; Silver: up to 0.7% cashback; Gold: up to 1.0% cashback. VIP tier progression is based on the player's wagering history.

5. Player Code of Conduct and Prohibited Actions

All players using the 95glaxy platform must strictly follow the rules of conduct below—

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Actions

  • Any activity related to money laundering
  • Exploiting platform bugs or glitches for gain
  • Using bots, macros, or any automated play methods
  • Bonus abuse — playing patterns intended solely to obtain bonuses
  • Threatening or harassing other players
  • Data theft or any action that compromises website security

If a violation of these rules is found, the company reserves the right to close the account and determine the disposition of any remaining balance without prior warning.

5.2 Player Responsibilities

  • Take personal responsibility for your finances and only play with money you can afford to lose
  • Understand in advance the possible consequences of gambling
  • If you show signs of problem gambling, seek help
  • Do not leave the platform accessible to family members or children

6. Games & Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

6.2 Game Results

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game ends incomplete due to network disconnection, server downtime, or technical error during play, the outcome will be decided based on the company's server records. Any prizes generated by a malfunction are invalid — no payout will be made.

6.4 Football Betting

Odds may change during football betting, and bets already placed cannot be modified. If a match is cancelled, a refund will be issued; however, the company's decision is final.

7. Personal Information and Security

9. Service Suspension and Account Closure

9.1 Suspension by the Company

The company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a player's account without prior notice if any of the following occurs—

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Providing false personal information
  • Activity suspected of money laundering
  • Actions required due to legal obligations

9.2 Suspension by the Player

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, please contact us via 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining personal balance (excluding bonus balance) can be withdrawn once the withdrawal process is completed.

If a game is incomplete due to a network disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on the company's server records. If the server records show the game was not completed, it may not be counted as a valid round and a refund may be issued.

The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Please check this page regularly. Continuing to play after any changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
